This exclusive evening will showcase a progression of exceptional wines — from elegant Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to Ancient Vine Cinsault and Reserve Cabernet — each meticulously paired with seasonal dishes designed to enhance and elevate every pour. Highlights include Coachella Valley grilled vegetable terrine, risotto with scallops, prime steak turnover, slow-braised short ribs, and a refined pear tart finale accompanied by Symphony.
