LG's Prime Steakhouse in La Quinta, California opened in March, 2002. Located on the corner of Highway 111 and Washington St., LG's third restaurant has been praised for its' dramatic architectural design. The main dining room has a retractable roof, which opens to the stars. Another room called The Rotunda will seat up to 100 people and features a fire pit in the center. For exclusive parties, LG's has an underground wine cellar with elevator access and features a 1000 bottle wine display and luxurious furnishings for private dining.
